S400 Borg Warner Schwitzer High Performance 360 Degree Upgrade Turbo Rebuild Kit
This is our S400 high-performance rebuild kit. We've assembled numerous turbos using these kits that have successfully competed in the Diesel Power Challenge and the Ultimate Call Out Challenge. These kits are as reliable and top-notch as they come. The kit fits all baseline S400 models, including S464, S467.7, S468, S472, S480, S484, S485, and S488. It features double piston seals for the larger s400 turbines (96/88mm turbines) and thicker single piston seal for 83mm and 87mm turbines. We use these kits daily because they simply get the job done. If you're not comfortable rebuilding your own turbo, feel free to reach out, and we can rebuild and balance it for you.
