Our S400 high-performance rebuild kit has been used to assemble hundreds of turbos that have successfully competed in the Diesel Power Challenge, the Ultimate Call Out Challenge, and served daily-driven trucks. These kits are as reliable, strong, and top-notch as they come. Designed to fit all baseline S400 models—S464, S467.7, S468, S472, S480, S484, S485, and S488—they feature double piston seals for larger S400 turbines (96/88mm) and thicker single piston seals for 83mm and 87mm turbines. We use these kits every day because they simply get the job done. If rebuilding your own turbo isn’t your thing, we can handle the rebuild and balancing for you. Note: This kit will not fit the S410, as its shaft is longer than the standard S400.
