Thank you for choosing KEB Turbochargers. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to delivering durable, high-performance turbochargers. Please read the following warranty terms carefully, as they outline the coverage, exclusions, and responsibilities for both KEB Turbochargers and our customers.

Warranty Coverage:

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased directly from KEB Turbochargers.
We guarantee that all turbochargers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance during the applicable warranty period.

If a product proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship within the warranty period, KEB Turbochargers will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective product, or

Replace the defective product or component with a new or reconditioned part.

This service will be provided at no charge for parts or labor related to the covered defect.

Warranty Periods:

Performance-Built Turbochargers (Stage 1, 2, 3) – 1 Year Limited Warranty

BorgWarner Units – 1 Year Limited Warranty

Remanufactured OEM Turbochargers – 2 Year Limited Warranty

A replacement product or part is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for 90 days from the replacement date—whichever is longer.

Exclusions & Limitations:

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or loss caused by factors outside of defects in materials or workmanship. Examples include (but are not limited to):

Overspeeding of the turbocharger

Melted components due to excessive heat

Ingestion of foreign debris (dirt, metal shavings, etc.)

Use of contaminated or improper oil

Improper installation or maintenance practices

Negligence, misuse, or abuse of the product

Unauthorized modifications or disassembly

Natural disasters, accidents, theft, or shipping damage

Turbochargers tampered with or altered (including compressor housing removal for powder coating)

⚠️ Important: All turbochargers are marked with tamper-proof paste. If the seal is broken, the warranty is immediately void.

Consequential & Incidental Damages:

KEB Turbochargers’ liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
This warranty does not cover:

Consequential damages (e.g., damage to other vehicle components resulting from a turbo failure)

Incidental costs (e.g., towing, labor charges, rental vehicle expenses, lost time, lost income)

Shipping costs for sending the product to KEB Turbochargers for warranty service

Warranty Claim Process:

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

with your order information, product details, and a description of the issue.

If approved, ship the product back to KEB Turbochargers in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

The product must be intact and not disassembled. Products returned in pieces or altered in any way will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Customer Responsibility:

Use proper oil and perform regular oil changes.

Follow correct installation procedures.

Ensure no foreign contaminants enter the turbo system.

Retain proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
