This is our fully coated nitride vane pack and unison ring for all 2007.5-present 6.7 Cummins factory turbos. The older 2007.5-2011 trucks with he351ve turbos on them have a much weaker post design and will break and lockup the vanes causing the actuators to fail. This is a modified he300vg unison ring and vane cage, it is much stronger with less moving parts. The post bases are one piece. We use these in all our he351ve and he300vg drop in builds and rebuilds. We hand build and machine all our turbos in house and have come up with something that actually works. All our hot shot guys run these in their drop in turbos we build them and most our hot shot guys are doing 120k plus miles a year loaded with their trucks and turbos we build them. These work and work well. These are a great upgrade for both he351ve and he300vg.
